LAURA

Laura is a dental assistant at Cullings Family Dentistry. Laura attended Spokane Community College and graduated from their Dental Assisting Program in 2010. Living in North Idaho affords her the opportunity to enjoy the four seasons. Laura especially likes summer outings with family and friends, and enjoying the thrill and adventure of snowboarding during the winter months. It gives her great pleasure to serve the community of the Inland Northwest. Laura tries her best to make patients feel welcome and comfortable and looks forward to seeing every patient here at Cullings family Dentistry.

BECKY

Becky received her Bachelors degree in dental hygiene from Loma Linda University in 2003, and has been practicing with Dr. Cullings since 2005. Her goals as a hygienist are to serve her community, help people maintain good oral health and re-establish confidence in their smile. Becky grew up in the Montana where she fell in love with the lifestyle and seasons of the northwest. Becky is a proud wife and mother of 2 beautiful girls.

STEPHANIE

Stephanie is the lead dental assistant at Cullings Family Dentistry. She was born in Spokane in 1978 and raised in Liberty Lake since 1981. She is currently living in the Spokane Valley with her 12yr old daughter. She has been a Dental Assistant for 13yrs, working for Dr. Cullings Since 2008. She is excited to serve the community with her experience in dental assisting. Stephanie enjoys fishing in the summer and fall and snowmobiling during the winter months.

CARLI

Carli is the Scheduling/Financial Coordinator at Cullings Family Dentistry. She was born and raised in Spokane Valley and now lives in Valleyford, WA with her husband and 2-year-old daughter. She graduated from North Idaho College with her Associate of Arts degree in 2005, going on to receive a second Associate of Arts with a emphasis in Medical Administration in 2007. Carli enjoys boating, wakeboarding, and camping in the summer, alpine skiing at Schweitzer in the winter, and motorcycle riding during the spring and fall. She takes pleasure from the challenges and rewards of the dental front office and loves working with the dedicated, knowledgeable, and fun team here at Cullings Family Dentistry.

SYD

Sydney has been a part-time dental hygienist at Cullings Family Dentistry since 2006. She graduated in 1982 from EWU with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Sydney began her career in Walla Walla, WA doing mostly traditional types of hygiene. She moved back to Spokane in 1984 where she worked for a Pedodontist doing part time restorative dentistry. Most of Sydney’s career has been dedicated to private practice, however, for 2 years she worked for Lincoln County Public Health Coalition. During that time Sydney delivered preventive care to underprivileged school aged children in a motor home with portable dental equipment. These were children who otherwise would not have access to dental care in their rural area. This was an extremely rewarding experience for Sydney. For the last 3 years she has taught clinical dental hygiene at EWU, where she has been able to share her private practice experience with the dental students in a hands-on clinical setting. Throughout Sydney’s career, she has kept on top of current technology and information through attending different Continuing Education courses. Sydney does this in order to deliver the best care to her patients. Sydney enjoys horseback riding, mountain biking, snow skiing and spending time with her family.

SARAH

Sarah has been a part-time dental hygienist at Cullings Family Dentistry since June of 2009. She is very passionate about oral health and loves educating her patients and providing them with an enjoyable dental experience. Sarah has been actively involved in the dental field since she was in high school and started her career as a dental assistant. Sarah graduated with honors from Eastern Washington University’s dental hygiene school in 2005 with her Bachelor of Science degree. In addition to working as a hygienist in a Spokane dental office after graduation, she began teaching in the dental hygiene clinic at EWU. She also went on to pursue her Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene Education from Idaho State University. In 2007, Sarah became an Assistant Professor and the First Year Clinic Lead at Eastern Washington University. She also teaches Preventive and Community, is involved in the Master’s Program and facilitates classes for dental students from the University of Washington. When Sarah’s not teaching or working in the dental office, she enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, being active in her church, and spending time with her family. Sarah has been blessed with a very supportive husband and beautiful 12 year old stepdaughter.

DR. CLIFF CULLINGS

Dr.Cullings earned his Doctorate from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2000. Prior to studying at Loma Linda, he attended California State University San Bernardino where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology, while on a full ride swimming scholarship. Dr. Cullings has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry for 11 years. He has had his own private practice for the past 9 years. Dr. Cullings keeps up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Spokane District Dental Society, and Northwest Implant Study Club. Dr. Cullings is an avid outdoorsman. He spent the majority of his youth in Anchorage, Alaska. A few of his hobbies include fishing, snowmobiling, playing hockey, golfing, boating, and spending time with his family. Dr. Cullings is married to his wife Bonnie, who he met while in dental school. She is a Dental Hygienist. They have a 5 year old son, Cole and a 16 month old daughter, Paige.

For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

APPOINTMENTS _ If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

FINANCIAL _ We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

CANCELLATIONS _ If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
